WHEN DOES MY VACATION START?

The vacation will begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end after breakfast on the day of departure. It will not be possible to replace the lunch on the day of arrival with other meals. On the day of arrival, umbrellas will be available from 4.30 p.m. onwards. The keys to the rooms will be handed over starting at 5:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. If check-out occurs after the specified time, a late check-out fee (35 euros) will be charged automatically.
If you have booked an apartment, keys will be handed over to you starting at 5 p.m. On the day of arrival, beach umbrellas will be available from 4:30 p.m. Guests who arrive at the accommodation before 4:30 p.m. are not guaranteed early access to the apartments. On the day of departure, apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m. and beach umbrellas by 1:30 p.m.

WHAT IS THE CLUB CARD? IS IT MANDATORY?

The club card is an extra charge that is mandatory from age 4 and will provide the following services: unattended parking within the premises, beach service, kids club, afternoon games, evening parties (from 18/06 to 10/09) and a weekly traditional evening.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE TOURIST TAX, WHEN APPLICABLE?

Yes. Tourist tax is compulsory: at any time, Italian municipalities have the right to apply the tourist tax; therefore, where provided, it must be paid according to the laws in force, even if instituted or changed after the confirmation of your stay.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE IN CASE OF BOOKING CANCELLATION?

Of course, our "Worry-Free Vacation" Guarantee. The "Worry-Free Vacation" has a cost of 80 euros per reservation. Up to 15 days before the arrival date, thanks to our insurance, we return the deposit you paid. From the fourteenth day before the arrival date onwards, we freeze your deposit, which you can reuse for other reservations in all the hotels of the Apulia group. With us, your will never lose your money! The cost of the "Worry-Free Vacation" insurance (80 euros per reservation) will not be refunded

I HAVE A FOOD INTOLERANCE. DOES YOUR BUFFET MEET MY NEEDS?

Apulia hotel pays special attention to the well-being of our guests. Due to the size and layout of our kitchens, we cannot offer customized dishes to suit individual allergies, but in all our main restaurants we guarantee a basic range of gluten-free and lactose-free food and dishes prepared without eggs (although we must emphasize that we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of cross contamination for any type of intolerance, except for packaged products).

WHAT IS THE "BABY KITCHEN/BABY FEEDING AREA"?

The Baby Kitchen/Baby Feeding Area is an area dedicated to parents who want to cook and prepare baby food for babies 0-3 years old, accessible at scheduled times. There is no dedicated staff nor products.
Only at Triton Villas in Sellia Marina and Forte club in Scalea the baby card service is available for an additional fee.
We offer a room suitable for preparing meals for children from 0 to 2 years old. Moms will have at their disposal a kitchen, equipped with sterilizers, bottle warmers, electric burners, pots and dishes, blender, refrigerator and microwave. The Baby Feeding Area is also supplied with basic foods such as pasta, vegetable broth, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, cooked ham, homogenized meat and fish, milk, cookies, yogurt, water and fruit juices. Infant formula and anything not listed are excluded. This place dedicated to the care of toddlers is located near the dining hall and is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., with staff and food available during meal times (lunch and dinner)

IF I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT OR RAILWAY STATION, IS THE TRANSFER SERVICE TO THE VILLAGE AVAILABLE?

Transfer service is available for the accommodations listed below. It must be booked in advance by providing the times and number of the flight/train of arrival/departure:

IS THERE A MINIMARKET IN YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS?

A minimarket is not available in the villages of the Apulia group.

IS A SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE SEA AVAILABLE?

Most of the villages of the Apulia group are located near the sea. Shuttle service is available only in the following villages.

There is no medical service in the villages of the Apulia group

IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY FOR A VACATION LOAN?

Yes, it is possible to apply for a vacation loan. Request installment payment when booking and choose the method you like best.

WHAT DOES RESIDENCE FORMAT MEAN?

Residence Format means the rental of the apartment comprising a living room with a kitchenette with electric cooktop, necessary pots, pans and cutlery, TV, and a sleeping area.
Upon check-in, you will find the apartment clean and equipped with:

- The first set of bed and bath (not kitchen) linens. The guest is responsible for cleaning; linen is changed weekly.
 Final cleaning of the apartment is subject to a fee and is mandatory; the guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchenette.
 An additional fee will be charged every time linen is changed
       - Dishes, pots and pans for cooking.
The apartment is not equipped with detergents, sponges or other materials needed by the guest to clean daily

IS AN ATM AVAILABLE WITHIN THE VILLAGE?

There is no ATM available in the villages of the Apulia group.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Cats and small/medium sized dogs are always allowed and welcome in our facilities. They are not allowed in common areas such as: restaurant, swimming pools and beach (health and hygiene standards);
the Surcharge for their stay is €150.00 per week and includes cleaning with specific sanitation products, bowl, kibble and bags for their poop.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All of our villages and hotels accept credit cards from the major networks.
We do not accept personal or cashier's checks

DO THE VILLAGES HAVE PARKING FACILITIES? IS A PAYMENT OF AN EXTRA FEE REQUIRED?

Free unattended parking is available in all villages and hotels
